Complaints & Supervision

A lawyer shall practice in accordance with the Chinese laws and regulations and accept the supervision of the judicial authorities and the law firm he/she works for. If you discover any violation of laws or regulations or any act that may be deemed to be such a violation from any attorney of Kunlun,, you can make a complaint in the following ways:

The materials are required to be submitted in making a complaint:
I, For individual complainant, materials to be submitted are as follows:
1. Letter of Complaint (in duplicate) with details as below:
(1) The complainant’s name, sex, employer, phone No, mailing address and zip code;
(2) The lawyer you complained against;
(3) The complaint request;
(4) The facts and reasons in relation to your complaint.
2.Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney between the complainant and Kunlun;
3. One photocopy of the complainant’s ID Card;
4. The evidence materials and relevant awards and written judgments provided by the complainant to prove the claims in the complaint.

II, For institutional complainant, materials to be submitted are as follows:
1. Letter of Complaint (in duplicate) with details as below:
(1) The complainant’s registered name, mailing address and zip code, name of the legal representative, phone No,
(2) The lawyer you complained against;
(3) The complaint request;
(4) The facts and reasons in relation to your complaint.
2.Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney between the complainant and Kunlun;
3.The certificate of authorization from the legal representative to assign XXX to complain, one photocopy of XXX’s ID Card;
4. One photocopy of the legal representative’s ID Card;
5. The evidence materials and relevant awards and written judgments provided by the complainant to prove the claims in the complaint.

Notes:
1. Kunlun will not accept the complaint which is made once again about the same fact after it has been dealt with by Kunlun.
2. The complaints are protected but bound by the Chinese laws. Please exercise this right in accordance with laws.
