1.      Representing China Oriental Asset Management Company Guangzhou Branch in a loan dispute case against Guangzhou Jinsheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., in which the dispute object is about 280 million. In present, this case has been recovered to the execution procedure that has suspend in 4 years, and it is undertaking auction procedure now.

2.      Takeover of RMB 50 billion non-performing assets by Guangdong Yuecai Investment Holdings Limited from Guangdong Development Bank; and successfully representing China Construction Bank Guangzhou Branch for the execution procedure in the loan guarantee dispute case between Dongri Video Co. Ltd. and TCL Group Co., Ltd to achieve a settlement and claim the loan back.
