Basic facts:
Canton Tower (commonly known as “Waistline TV Tower”) is the key construction project of Guangzhou Municipal Government and the landmark of Guangzhou City, with a total investment of about RMB 1.5 billion. Canton Tower is located at the intersection between the New Central Axis of Guangzhou and Pearl River Landscape Axis, facing to the Haixinsha Island which held the opening and closing ceremonies of the Sixteenth Asian Games across the river. Canton Tower began design tender in 2004 and started construction in November 25, 2005. On October 1, 2010, Canton Tower officially began to receive tourists.
Our law firm began to provide legal lawyer services since the design competition stage of Canton Tower. During the demolition, design, construction, completion, operation management and other processes of Canton Tower, our law firm has made great contribution to the whole process of project construction of Canton Tower from the construction to formal operation, opening to the public.
